The Platform supports three user roles:
- Admin:
Full access to manage products, categories, users, orders, invoices, and downloadable documents.
- Buyer (Registered & Approved Users):
Can browse products, place orders, view order history, and download invoices after admin approval.
- Guest Users:
Can view public content including product catalogues, price lists, brochures, and submit contact inquiries.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & APPROVAL
- Buyer accounts require registration and approval by the Admin.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration request at our sole discretion.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the Admin.
- Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after Admin approval or processing.
- Invoices are generated automatically and shared via email and in-app download.
